Your attendance is requested at a Virtual Business Meeting (VBM) of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons of Warwickshire to be held on
Saturday, 21st November 2020 at 10.30am.
in lieu of the regular meeting scheduled to have been held on that day, as permitted under the special circumstances provisions in the Constitutions & Regulations of the Order
The VBM will be held on the Zoom platform. Brethren are asked to email the Provincial Grand Secretary on provgsec@warksmarkpgl.co.uk to register their intent to attend or to tender apologies for absence by 12 noon on Wednesday 18th of November. In order to attend, Brethren need access to a computer, tablet (e.g. iPad) or smartphone (e.g. iPhone) which is connected to, or has inbuilt, a microphone and camera. Full details of how to sign in to the meeting will be sent to all who have booked to attend.
Those attending will be expected to wear a white shirt and Mark tie – jackets are optional. No regalia of any kind may be worn, and there must be no alcohol consumed during the meeting, or at any time you are logged in to the zoom meeting.
An order of business for the meeting is attached for your information, and the usual reports and accounts will be sent in due course.
