Silhill Lodges of M.M.M. and R.A.M. held an exceptional ceremony that was full of excitement and enthusiasm. The new Master and Commander, W.Bro. Hardip S Ubhi was installed with great pleasure. Outgoing Master, W.Bro. John Hallett, was assisted by the Dep.Prov.G.M., W.Bro. Andrew Armbrister, and Lodge Secretary, W.Bro. Mark Thomas, which made the entire ceremony even more wonderful. The ceremony was enjoyed by over 30 Brethren who attended.
The highlight of the event was the presence of four Right Worshipful Brethren, which included our own Prov.G.M., Phil Wills, and Kevin Spencer from nearby Staffs & Shrops, who was attending an event in Warwickshire for the first time.
Moreover, W.Bro. Hardip has been a star of the Provincial LOI Festivals for several years, which makes him the perfect candidate to lead the two units. The Silhill R.A.M. also held a ceremony two days later, where W.Bro. Hardip was installed as Commander in an exemplary manner buy outgoing Commander, W.Bro. Andy Creese. Again, a bevy of Right Worshipful Brethren and the entire Warwickshire ‘Chain Gang’ were in attendance, making the event even more memorable.
