The ‘Ratcliffe’ Travelling Keystone
On Tuesday, 23rd September, Seymour Lodge of Mark Master Masons hosted a memorable evening as brethren and visitors gathered to witness the launch of the “Ratcliffe Traveling Keystone.” This special event was organised in loving memory of the late V. W. Bro Barrie Ratcliffe (affectionately known as Baz), whose dedication and spirit greatly enriched the Lodge.
The launch also included the unveiling of the official rule book, outlining the guidelines and traditions to be followed as the Keystone travels among Lodges. The atmosphere was marked by camaraderie and reflection, as members shared fond recollections of Baz’s warmth, generosity, and unwavering commitment to Masonry.
The introduction of the Traveling Keystone aims to foster unity and connection across Lodges, ensuring Baz’s legacy endures. It promises to strengthen the bonds of fellowship, promoting the values he cherished. This heartfelt tribute ensures his memory remains an enduring inspiration within the Mark Master Mason community.
